Quilting East Special Interest Group

Meet Group Leader – Linda

Quilting East is a group dedicated to exploring all things quilting — patterns, techniques, quilt shows and shops, inspirations, projects, and members’ triumphs and frustrations.

We have focused on color theory. 9-patch variations, improv and crumb quilting plus basic machine maintenance. We work on group charity quilts and learn new techniques from applique to fabric folding.

You don’t need to be a quilter — just interested or intrigued.  Our group has all skill and experience levels – from just starting to “many” years! Sometimes we sew – sometimes we don’t– but we always have a good time with lots of conversation and ideas exchanged.

We are a welcoming and inclusive group – so join us!

Join us at a meeting.

We meet the THIRD SATURDAY of every month from 1:30-3:30 pm, in person. We welcome you to join us. Please use the form below (scroll down) to contact the group leader and request location information.
